Katie Flottum has been promoted to client advisor at M3 Insurance where she specializes in property & casualty, specifically in the manufacturing and distribution space. In her role, she contributes to the agency’s efforts to gain new business and build long-lasting client relationships.
Flottum has 21 years of insurance experience, starting as a personal lines sales representative and sales associate. Leveraging her expertise, she contributed to the training and development of fellow employees.
Outside of work, Flottum volunteers with the Dane County Humane Society and takes part in an annual highway cleanup each spring.
