Waukesha, WI – Katie Ott recently joined M3 Insurance as the Director of Worksite Practice, Employee Benefits. Katie works with employers to develop a complementary voluntary benefits and employee education strategy. In this capacity, she consults with and advises clients about voluntary benefit carrier selection, implementation, employee education and engagement, and benefit enrollment technology.
Katie brings over 14 years of experience in group disability, life and worksite benefit sales, as well as enrollment and implementation. She is also a licensed health and life insurance agent in the State of Wisconsin.
