Kevin Delray has joined M3 Insurance as a business development executive. In this role, he educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Delray also assists customers and prospects during the sales process, presenting solutions and matching them with the appropriate service team to address their unique business insurance needs.
Before joining M3, Delray gained 14 years of professional experience at Direct Supply in the senior living industry. He honed his skills in business development, enterprise sales, and strategic account management. While primarily focused on senior living, he also ventured into other fields, such as fund development for a local school.
Delray excels in interpersonal skills, uncovering underlying needs, building partnerships, and developing creative solutions. His expertise has been key to his success and makes him a perfect fit for this role. We are thrilled to have him support M3’s growth in the Milwaukee, WI market.
