Kim Karter recently joined M3 Insurance as an account executive, specializing in employee benefits placement and service. In this role, Karter works with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and maintain appropriate levels of coverage. She also supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and to build long-lasting client relationships.
Prior to M3, Karter gained over 25 years of experience with both insurance carriers and insurance agencies. Her previous roles included account executive positions in the sales role, as well as team management of claims, customer service and subrogation, project management, and claims training. Additionally, she ran her own State Farm Agency. She currently holds designations as a Wisconsin-licensed life & health agent and Wisconsin-licensed property & casualty agent.
Karter’s strong leadership skills and project management experience make her a great addition to M3’s Green Bay team.
