Lindsey Henry Named 2024 WI CSR of the Year and Promoted to M3 Client Executive
Lindsey Henry has been named the 2024 WI Outstanding Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year by the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW). The Wisconsin award recipient is selected annually by PIA’s Education Committee through a comprehensive review process. She is continuously commended on her willingness to learn and deepen her knowledge of coverage lines and offerings so that she can provide exceptional service to clients. Furthermore, she goes the extra mile to ensure her clients have the necessary understanding to make important policy decisions.
Additionally, M3 is thrilled to announce Lindsey Henry’s promotion to client executive specializing in property and casualty insurance with a focus on the manufacturing & distribution industry. In this role, she partners with her clients on the implementation of their risk management programs and ensures their insurance coverages continue to meet their changing needs.
Since joining M3 in 2017, Lindsey Henry has been instrumental in building relationships with clients and exceeding expectations in adapting to the industry’s changing needs. She has built credibility as a thought leader among her team members and continues to be successful in implementing risk management programs. Lindsey Henry is a Wisconsin-licensed property and casualty agent and carries the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of insurance. She is passionate and has extensive experience in serving clients within the manufacturing and distribution space.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Lindsey Henry is actively involved in our community, serving on the board of directors for The Business Forum (TBF) and committee member for M3’s partnership with Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. She has led numerous philanthropic initiatives including a recent fundraiser that successfully provided over 31,000 meals for Second Harvest’s Share Your Holidays campaign.
