M3 Named One of the Healthiest Employers in Wisconsin for 2021
M3 Insurance has been recognized in the 2021 Healthiest Employers in Wisconsin program. The Healthiest Employers of Wisconsin is an awards program created to honor people-first organizations who prioritize the well-being of their employee population.
Employers were recognized because of their commitment to workplace wellness and their exceptional health and benefits offerings. M3 placed 3rd in the State of Wisconsin in the midsize employers (250-4999 employees) category.

Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: culture & leadership, foundational components, strategic planning, communication & marketing, programming & interventions, and reporting & analytics.
