M3 has placed on Journal Sentinel’s 
Top Workplaces rankings for 2019, and is honored to be in the company of the other Milwaukee-area employers who made the list.
This year, 1,576 organizations with at least 50 employees were invited to participate in a 24-question survey measuring the following workplace culture categories:

- Effectiveness
- Direct Manager Relationship
- Engagement
- Confidence in Leadership
- “The Basics” – (i.e., pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations)
