Tim’s career began in human resources, where he developed an early passion for how organizations operate, grow, and engage their people. His work eventually led him to serve as a Vice President of Human Resources, partnering closely with executive teams, championing culture initiatives, and guiding companies through periods of transformation.
His leadership experience extends beyond HR. Tim also served on the board of a property and casualty captive, broadening his perspective on risk strategy and reinforcing his belief in the critical role that long‑term relationships play in organizational success.
