Mary Feuerbach has joined M3 Insurance as a client executive. Specializing in employee benefits insurance placement, she works with clients to design and implement successful benefit programs. She helps manage risk and maintain comfortable levels of coverage to meet clients’ changing needs.
Feuerbach brings over 18 years of experience in human resources across various sectors to M3, including hospitality, manufacturing, government, and education. In recent years, she has focused on expanding her expertise in the insurance industry. Her extensive background in human resource processes provides a unique perspective in the employee benefits space, allowing her to address clients’ needs holistically with an emphasis on workforce management and employee well-being. Feuerbach is a licensed life and health agent in Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, & Minnesota, earned a master’s degree in business from Baker College, and holds certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), further enhancing her expertise in the field.
In addition to her professional designations, Feuerbach is actively involved in her community and industry associations. She serves as a local lead for the 906 Adventure Team of Delta County and Michigan Society of Human Resource Management (MISHRM) – workforce development & northern district director. She is also a SHRM inclusion captain. Feuerbach is passionate about coaching little league softball and mentoring elementary school students through the Youth Empowerment Services (Y.E.S.) program.
