Matt Wieseckel has joined M3 Insurance as a pharmacy consultant, adding decades of experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) space to M3’s pharmacy solutions team. In his role, Wieseckel will be a strategic advisor to M3 clients related to their pharmacy benefits. He will leverage M3’s comprehensive suite of pharmacy solutions to customize strategies for employers that lower the cost of prescription drugs while ensuring access to medications for employees.
Wieseckel’s professional background includes over 15 years of experience collaborating with coalitions, labor, stand alone, and carved-in PBM opportunities. He has worked as a broker and consultant for employee benefits and property & casualty coverage. Wieseckel has successfully established sales and relationship building initiatives with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), brokers, and direct-to-employer groups to explore new pharmacy opportunities. Notably, he has helped build pharmacy coalitions tailored for mid-market employers.
