Michael Johnson Joins M3 as Business Development Executive
Michael Johnson has joined M3 Insurance as a business development executive. In this role, He educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits and retirement planning. Johnson also assists customers and prospects during the sales process, presenting solutions and matching them with the appropriate service team to address their unique business insurance needs.
With over 10 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Johnson has built a strong reputation for generating new business opportunities and delivering value-added services across a variety of industries. His leadership skills were honed during his time as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, where he managed Marines in combat and oversaw the artillery unit operations. Following his military service, Johnson founded two successful businesses: ThermaCor, specializing in carpet cleaning equipment manufacturing, and City Supply, a janitorial supply distribution company. His career has been marked by numerous sales honors and awards, driven by a commitment to innovative problem-solving and consistently exceeding customer expectations. He also holds Wisconsin licenses as a life and health agent & a property and casualty agent.
