Mindy Peterson has recently been promoted to client executive at M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefits, she plays a key role in helping the agency acquire new business and foster lasting client relationships. She partners with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and ensure appropriate coverage.
Peterson joined M3 in 2015 as a support specialist and has since excelled in various client management roles within the organization. She has built strong client relationships, developed specialized knowledge in employee benefits, and become a trusted mentor within M3’s service team. She also gained valuable experience collaborating with sales leaders on employee benefits captive solutions.
Over the past six months, Peterson has been actively involved in M3’s sales development program and demonstrates a natural talent for client consultation. Throughout her career, she has earned designations as a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent and Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) – reflecting her ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of innovative employee benefit solutions.
Beyond her professional contributions, Peterson enjoys giving back to the community through her volunteer work with Ronald McDonald House Charities.
