Mitch Worachek recently joined M3 Elevate as a client executive, a division of M3 Insurance that specializes in business insurance and employee benefits for growing companies. He focuses on property and casualty insurance, supporting the agency’s efforts to secure new business and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, Mitch consults with and advises clients on the design, implementation, and management of their business insurance coverage.
With over 17 years of experience on both the carrier and agency sides in claims, sales, and business development, Mitch brings valuable industry knowledge to the team. Mitch holds a Wisconsin property and casualty license, positioning him well to support clients and drive new business for M3 Elevate.
Outside of work, Mitch is an avid outdoorsman, whether skiing and ice fishing in the winter or golfing, hiking, and enjoying time on the lake during warmer months. His hobbies have also turned him into an amateur weatherman.
