Mitch Worachek is a Client Executive with M3 Elevate, specializing in property and casualty insurance solutions for small businesses. With more than 18 years of industry experience across both claims and sales, Mitch brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients manage risk and build insurance programs that fit their evolving needs.

Mitch works closely with growing businesses as their operations, exposures, and risk profiles change over time. He has a strong focus on small business clients in manufacturing, food and agribusiness, and transportation, where he helps business owners better understand their risks and make informed decisions about their insurance programs.

Known for his relationship-driven approach, Mitch believes trust is the foundation of meaningful client service. He takes time to understand each business, identify potential gaps, and create solutions that make sense for the client’s goals. Outside of Work

Mitch enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake in the summer, hunting in the fall, golfing, and hiking when the weather allows.
