Hannah Butler serves as an International Advisor at M3 Insurance, where she leads the creation and implementation of the firm’s international strategy for Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits programs. Her primary focus centers on developing comprehensive inbound and outbound international strategies. Working in close partnership with M3’s International Director, Hannah architects frameworks for global expansion while overseeing the execution of international insurance programs from initial quoting through placement and renewal.

She joined M3 in 2025 and brings fresh perspective and proven expertise to the firm’s growing global practice. Her background spans multinational Property & Casualty programs, international employee benefits, and global compliance coordination – enabling her to create innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of organizations operating across multiple jurisdictions.

A recipient of the Rising Star award from Insurance Business America, Hannah is recognized for her leadership, professionalism, and ability to simplify the complexities of global risk management. She earned her degree in anthropology  in Florida, reflecting her long-standing curiosity about people, culture, and the global connections that shape her work. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys traveling and exploring new languages.
