Abigail Senso is a senior manager of the M&A Risk Solutions at M3 Insurance. In this role she provides first-in-class mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactional insurance solutions to a wide array of strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and portfolio companies. She supports M3’s M&A team and works with clients to identify and execute risk transfer solutions before the transaction is signed or closed.
Senso gained diverse experience through her roles in private equity and pricing analysis. In private equity, she conducted detailed financial analysis and due diligence, evaluated investment opportunities and market trends, and developed financial models to assess potential investments. She also prepared concise investment recommendation reports to guide decision-making. At U.S. Auto Force, Senso focused on advanced pricing analysis and modeling to optimize profitability, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and drove revenue growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
