AJ Krzyzanowski
AJ Krzyzanowski is Director of Trade Credit at M3 Insurance, leading export finance strategies for companies looking to grow internationally and domestically. AJ brings a background that blends international sales, logistics, and finance. He began his career with an injection molding manufacturer, where he developed expertise in global sales, export compliance, and logistics. This early experience sparked his interest in helping businesses expand into new markets and navigate complex international challenges. He later transitioned into asset based lending, where he strengthened his skills in underwriting, risk analysis, and inventory and accounts receivable financing.
AJ is driven by solving problems and helping clients move forward with confidence. He partners with organizations that are growing, whether expanding internationally or strengthening domestic operations, to align risk management strategies with financial and sales goals. His ability to connect credit, financing, and insurance gives clients a more complete and strategic perspective.
He specializes in international trade credit insurance and financing, helping companies expand sales while protecting their balance sheets. AJ enjoys working with organizations entering new markets or exploring creative ways to use credit as a growth tool.

Outside of work.
AJ enjoys spending time with his family, often attending his three children’s sporting events, from baseball and softball to gymnastics. He also spends as much time as possible in Northern Wisconsin, where he pursues his passion as an avid musky angler.

Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Lubar.
