Barb Hensler is a senior claims advisor at M3 Insurance. Her primary role is to lead the agency’s property and casualty claims management efforts. She provides direction and support regarding claims management to both internal and external customers. Hensler effectively partners with account executives, diligently follows-up with carrier partners and acts as a resource to her team and others regarding claims management. She also serves as the agency’s expert for claims resolution issues.
