Brad Babcock

Brad Babcock is the managing director at M3 Surety. In this role, he guides the M3 surety team in developing long term relationships between M3 clients and their surety.

In 2012, Babcock founded Babcock Solutions, LLC, where he led a team of surety professionals focused on providing surety solutions to their clients. By developing trusted partnerships Babcock was able to deliver on the mission of bringing people together to accomplish their business goals. This same mission and dedication to building relationships will continue within M3 Surety.

• Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
• 23 years of experience in underwriting and surety-focused roles with Insurance companies
• 13 years building and running his own surety broker operation
• Joined M3 in 2025
