Brian Meyer is the senior director of analytics & underwriting and a partner at M3 Insurance. In this role, he leads M3’s consultative, data‑driven approach to employee benefits strategy by combining predictive analytics with deployable experts to deliver meaningful insights. Meyer oversees the analytics & underwriting team as well as M3’s population health and condition management initiatives, helping clients identify opportunities to optimize benefit spending, improve population health, and track measurable outcomes.

Under Meyer’s leadership, the analytics function continues to evolve, strengthening M3’s ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that support informed decision‑making for employers across all industries.

  • Earned Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Arizona State University
  • Gained nine years of underwriter and management experience with Cigna Healthcare
