Bruce Glaub

Bruce Glaub is Director of Trade Credit at M3 Insurance, leading export finance strategies for companies looking to grow internationally and domestically. He brings a broad perspective shaped by decades of experience in global expansion, market development, and trade finance, with a focus on practical solutions that support long-term, sustainable growth.

Over the course of his career, Bruce has contributed to the international expansion of growing organizations and developed deep expertise in trade finance through leadership roles in banking. His work has centered on helping businesses strengthen their global strategies through effective payment structures and risk mitigation practices.

Bruce is also actively involved in advancing international business capabilities across Wisconsin. He founded the Trade Finance and Risk Team within the state’s District Export Council, helping companies adopt best practices and improve how they approach global trade.

Outside of work.

Bruce remains engaged in the global community through volunteer and board involvement, while also pursuing his personal interests in golf and travel. A recent highlight includes a trip to Ireland, where he combined sightseeing with time on the course.

Education.

Earned a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MS in International Business from UW-Milwaukee.
