Jackie Grahn is Director of Trade Credit at M3 Insurance, leading export finance strategies for companies looking to grow internationally and domestically. With a career that began in commercial banking, Jackie’s path shifted after a two-year assignment as a Peace Corps business volunteer in Eastern Europe following the fall of communism. That experience sparked her interest in international trade and led her to roles with the U.S. Export-Import Bank, where she developed a passion for helping small businesses enter and expand in global markets.

Today, Jackie works with companies of all sizes, with a particular focus on middle market businesses, to use trade credit insurance as a strategic tool for growth. She helps clients protect against payment risk, access financing, and structure international and domestic contracts with confidence. Her work is rooted in education, helping organizations understand the tools, resources, payment options, foreign banking systems, and policy requirements that can support stronger, more strategic growth.

Jackie is especially energized by working with companies that recognize the opportunity in expanding into foreign markets, but need the right guidance to do so thoughtfully. She takes a consultative approach, helping clients identify the best fit for their business while navigating complex trade environments. She is proud to support companies as they pursue large trade deals in challenging overseas markets, including China, Pakistan, and Algeria.

Jackie enjoys traveling, hiking in National Parks, playing pickleball and golf, spending time with her three children, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.

Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
