Client Executive

Jason Buchman is a Client Executive with M3 Elevate, specializing in helping small to mid‑sized organizations build benefits strategies that support talent retention, competitiveness, and long‑term growth. He primarily works with employers in the 10–50 employee space, partnering closely with leadership teams to simplify benefits decisions and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. Jason enjoys the constant evolution of the insurance landscape and finds meaning in helping clients move their programs from adequate to strategic.

Jason’s connection to the insurance industry began early. Growing up around the business, he saw firsthand the impact insurance has on people and organizations. That early exposure led him into roles focused on small group benefits, where he learned how essential it is to act as an extension of a client’s team. When the opportunity to join M3 arose, it aligned naturally with his desire to work for a firm known for expertise, collaboration, and doing the right thing.

Throughout his career, Jason has been especially proud of the relationships he has built at M3 and with his clients. He values mentorship, teamwork, and the shared commitment to integrity that defines the firm’s culture. This approach was recognized when he received the Meldrum Award for Integrity, an honor that reflects his dedication to clients and colleagues alike.

Jason believes his work matters because many business owners are balancing competing priorities. By staying connected to market trends, collaborating with peers, and walking clients through decisions step by step, he helps make insurance feel more approachable and more valuable.

Jason joined M3 in 2021.
