Jason Shanda

Jason Shanda is the director of employee benefits – Green Bay and partner at M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefits, he coordinates ongoing service for clients to ensure that their coverage meets their needs. He consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation and management of their benefit programs.

In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Shanda serves as the director of employee benefits for Northeast WI. As such, he works closely with other members of the M3 Green Bay team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies and community organizations.

• Earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from St. Norbert College
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lawrence University
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and social science comprehensive with economics emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville
• Gained relevant industry experience over 15 years of service with Humana
