Jeff Anderson is a senior client executive, partner, and financial institutions practice lead at M3. Specializing in employee benefits placement and service, he supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and build lasting client relationships. In his role, Anderson works with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and maintain appropriate levels of coverage.
As the financial institutions practice lead, Anderson brings dedicated expertise to banks, credit unions, and other financial organizations. He guides these clients through the complexities of employee benefits within their industry, aligning benefit strategies with organizational goals, regulatory expectations, and competitive talent needs.
