Jill Noyce

Jill Noyce is a client advisor at M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefit placement and service, she supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and to build long lasting client relationships. In this role, she works with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and maintain appropriate levels of coverage.

Outside of the office, she enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, cooking, and spending time with family.

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in life sciences communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
• Gained 17+ years of experience in customer relations, customer service, business development, fundraising, and sales within the collegiate athletics industry prior to M3
• Joined M3 in 2024
