Joey Broms is a Client Executive specializing in manufacturing and distribution, where he partners with organizations to better understand their operations, exposures, and insurance strategies. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Joey brings a relationship-driven, education-first approach to helping clients protect what they’ve built and recover when the unexpected happens.

Joey began his career in insurance eight years ago, starting in personal lines before moving into more complex commercial environments. Over time, he found himself drawn to roles that allowed him to work closely with businesses—learning how they operate, how products are made, and where risk can quietly build. After years of conversations and connections across the industry, joining M3 felt like the right next step and a natural fit with the team-based, client-first culture he values.

In his current role, Joey works closely with manufacturing organizations, particularly in the food and beverage space. He enjoys digging into the details of how products are produced, distributed, and regulated—and helping clients navigate complex insurance considerations like product recall and operational risk. While no one wants to experience a loss, Joey finds his work most meaningful when clients need support the most, guiding them through challenging moments so they can get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Joey believes insurance works best when clients truly understand their programs. He prides himself on being an advisor clients can lean on—someone who explains coverage clearly, adapts strategies to each organization’s needs, and builds long-term trust through consistency and care.
