Jordan Rice is a Client Executive with M3 Elevate, specializing in employee benefits solutions for small businesses. In his role, Jordan works closely with employers to design benefits programs that support their teams, strengthen retention, and help organizations care for their people in meaningful ways.

Jordan’s path to M3 was shaped by both personal connection and professional purpose. Before joining the insurance industry, he worked as a public school teacher in Chicago. When the opportunity arose to return home to Rockford and join M3, it felt like a natural next step. With a father and brother who built their careers in employee benefits, Jordan had long been familiar with the industry and now has the opportunity to work alongside his brother while supporting local businesses in his hometown.

Jordan is especially passionate about working with organizations in their early stages of growth. He values the opportunity to help employers build benefits programs that can make a real difference in attracting and retaining talent as their businesses evolve. He is also drawn to clients who are active in their communities and enjoys attending or volunteering at local events they host.

At the heart of Jordan’s work is a commitment to making insurance easier to understand and access. He believes the industry can be difficult to navigate, and his goal is to remove barriers to care through clear communication, education, and collaboration.
