Jordan Tranberg

Jordan Tranberg is a Client Executive with M3 Elevate, bringing more than a decade of experience in property and casualty insurance. Specializing in contractors, restaurants and hospitality businesses, and nonprofits, Jordan works with small business clients to help them understand their coverage, strengthen their risk management approach, and make confident decisions for the future.

Jordan began his insurance career after recognizing the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships while helping businesses protect what they have worked hard to build. Over time, he worked his way from an entry-level agency role to a senior client advisor position, gaining hands-on experience across the commercial insurance landscape before joining M3 Elevate.

In his role, Jordan enjoys the day-to-day interaction with clients, especially the thoughtful questions and unique challenges that come with serving small businesses. He understands that insurance can play a critical role in protecting organizations with tight margins and big goals. By leading with education and collaboration, Jordan helps clients better understand their coverage, identify potential gaps, and navigate decisions that support both stability and growth.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his children and watching them grow and learn. He also loves staying active through working out, running, golfing, boating, and playing hockey.
