JT Schlembach is Director of Cyber Liability at M3, specializing in property and casualty insurance with a focus on technology-related risk and complex cyber challenges. In his role, JT collaborates with clients and M3 teams to develop strategic, tailored solutions that help organizations understand, manage, and respond to an evolving cyber risk landscape.
With experience on both the brokerage and underwriting sides of the business, JT brings a well-rounded perspective to client service. His background gives him a strong understanding of policy construction, risk evaluation, and the importance of building trusted relationships. He approaches each client engagement with a balance of technical knowledge, creativity, and practical problem-solving.

Outside of Work
JT enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, whether they’re at home or traveling together. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
