Kelsey Stacks

Kelsey Stacks is vice president of employee benefits sales and partner at M3 Insurance. She is passionate about developing sales talent, building high-performing teams, and creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed. Since joining M3 through the firm’s M3YOU sales development program in 2016, Kelsey has built her career around coaching, mentorship, and helping producers navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with building successful careers in employee benefits.

Before entering the insurance industry, Kelsey worked in a business operations role where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship management. When she was introduced to M3, she quickly recognized that the organization’s people-first culture and commitment to employee development set it apart. Those early experiences, along with the support of mentors and leaders throughout her career, helped shape her leadership philosophy and passion for investing in others.

Today, Kelsey works closely with producers and teams across the organization, providing strategic direction, coaching, and guidance as they help clients address complex business challenges. She enjoys bringing people together to think differently, leverage their collective expertise, and develop innovative solutions that create meaningful results. Whether tackling workforce challenges, rising benefit costs, or unique organizational needs, Kelsey is energized by helping teams uncover opportunities and drive successful outcomes.

One of Kelsey’s proudest career milestones was becoming a shareholder of M3. She views that achievement as a reflection of the support and opportunities she has received throughout her career and as a responsibility to help shape the future of the firm. Her greatest professional reward comes from seeing others reach their potential and achieve goals they once thought were beyond reach.

Earned Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse

Outside of Work.

Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, who keep life busy and full of adventure. She loves being outdoors, whether that means spending time on the lake, heading north for a weekend getaway, water skiing, scuba diving, or simply finding any excuse to be outside. Many of her favorite memories are made with family and friends, especially on or near the water.
