Laurel Wiley is a Legal and Compliance Attorney at M3 Insurance, where she provides practical, strategic guidance to help employers proactively manage the regulatory risks associated with their employee benefit plans. She focuses on translating complex legal requirements into clear, actionable steps that support compliance, reduce exposure, and strengthen organizational operations.
In her role, Laurel advises employers on a wide range of compliance obligations, including HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, wellness programs, and the Affordable Care Act. She also supports internal teams across M3 by offering legal insights on regulatory developments, corporate risk management, and business operations, ensuring the organization remains aligned with evolving federal and state requirements.
Laurel is licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University – Chicago School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in health services management from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She joined M3 in 2025.
