Matt Boray GDBS

Matt Boray is the director of employee benefits – Milwaukee, director of self-funded practice, and a partner at M3 Insurance. His primary role is to consult with and advise clients about the design, implementation and management of their employee benefit programs. His experience in the self-funded marketplace enables him to be a trusted resource for clients looking to explore that option.

In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Boray serves as the director of employee benefits for Southeast WI. As such, he works closely with other members of the M3 Milwaukee team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies and community organizations.

Boray also holds the role of director of self-funded practice, serving as a subject matter expert, strategist, and thought leader regarding self-funding. He is responsible for sharing information on trends and issues that specifically impact this practice with his M3 colleagues.
