Biography

Matthew Cranney is a partner and executive vice president of M3’s small business division. Additionally, he is a member of the agency’s executive operating committee. Cranney oversees and provides strategic vision for the emerging small business division, along with various corporate strategic projects and initiatives.

  • Earned Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Liverpool University in England
  • Earned executive leadership certificate from University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business
  • Began insurance career with English insurance carrier, Norwich Union (Aviva Group), holding various positions including sales executive, trading underwriter, and marketing consultant
  • Joined M3 in 2005
    • First served as a property & casualty trainer
