Megan Peyton

Megan Peyton is a Senior Cyber Advisor at M3, helping clients navigate the complexity of cyber insurance across a wide range of industries.

Megan began her career with a clear focus on risk management, earning her degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a major in finance and a concentration in risk, planning, and insurance. She joined M3 as an intern in 2018 and came on full time in 2019, progressing through roles in Senior Living & Social Services, Account Management, and Cyber before stepping into her senior advisory role in 2026.

In her current role, Megan works with clients across multiple industry verticals to place and evaluate cyber insurance programs. She answers complex coverage questions, performs detailed coverage analyses, identifies gaps, and helps clients secure solutions aligned with their risk profiles. She also supports national and regional broker teams, helping housing authorities and local governments address cyber risk with clarity and confidence.

Megan’s specialty is cyber insurance complexity. She enjoys untangling nuanced coverage scenarios and translating technical policy language into clear, practical guidance. She believes cyber insurance is more than a policy—it’s a risk management solution—and takes pride in helping clients and internal teams fully understand the tools and expertise available to them.

Megan holds her Property & Casualty license and the Cyber COPE Insurance Certificate (CCIC) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys running, golfing, skiing, and reading.
