Mitch Gordon

Mitch Gordon brings firsthand operational experience in senior living to his role as an Associate Risk Manager on M3’s Senior Living & Social Services team. His background gives him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of the challenges senior living communities face—and how risk management can directly support quality care.

Mitch works closely with senior living and social services clients to identify risk, strengthen best practices, and navigate a complex regulatory environment. He partners with clients to assess day-to-day operations, stay ahead of industry changes, and develop practical risk management strategies that support both compliance and care delivery. The most meaningful part of his work is collaborating directly with clients to help them build safer, more resilient communities for residents and staff alike.

Mitch began his career on the operational side of senior living, serving in leadership roles including Assisted & Independent Living Director and Campus Administrator for a multi-setting community encompassing assisted living, independent living, and skilled nursing. Today, his specialty is skilled nursing, where he helps organizations implement best practices, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and gain an outside perspective on risk—identifying gaps that may not be visible internally and supporting improvements that ultimately strengthen quality of care.

• Mitch graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration.

Outside of work, Mitch loves to watch and play sports. His favorite team is, unfortunately, the Minnesota Vikings. Mitch and his fiancé enjoy spending time together with their 5 dogs, family members, and friends. They enjoy trying new coffee shops and baked goods whenever possible.
