Natalie Damro is a Client Executive with M3 Elevate specializing in individual health solutions designed to bring clarity and confidence during times of change. She supports individuals navigating important transitions by helping them make informed healthcare decisions without added stress or confusion.
Natalie built her expertise on the carrier side of the healthcare industry, where she gained a strong understanding of how coverage works behind the scenes. That experience shaped her technical foundation, but it also clarified what she valued most. Working directly with people. She was drawn to the problem‑solving side of healthcare that focuses on listening, educating, and simplifying complex information so it feels manageable and actionable.
In her current role, Natalie assists clients with Marketplace plans, short‑term health coverage, and dental and vision solutions. She works with individuals across the employment spectrum, including early retirees, 1099 workers, and those navigating temporary coverage gaps. Rather than focusing solely on pricing or plan details, Natalie helps clients choose coverage that aligns with their real‑world needs and future considerations.
Natalie believes her work matters because she provides clarity at moments when people feel uncertain or overwhelmed. For clients, her value lies in being a steady guide who reduces stress and answers questions along the way. For M3, she brings a relationship‑focused approach that builds trust, credibility, and long‑term connection.

Outside of Work
Natalie enjoys tackling home projects, getting out on the golf course, and spending time with her family, including her dog, Duke. She is equally committed to keeping her dad jokes sharp and believes a good sense of humor is always worth practicing.
