P.J. Anast
P.J. Anast partners with organizations to develop employee benefits strategies that support both their people and their business objectives. As a client executive with M3 Insurance, he works closely with leadership teams to navigate an increasingly complex benefits landscape, helping employers design programs that attract, retain, and support employees while aligning with long-term organizational goals.
With more than two decades of experience serving employers, P.J. has built a career around helping organizations maximize their investment in people. His background includes roles in recruiting, staffing, and employee benefits consulting, providing him with a unique perspective on workforce strategy, employee engagement, and benefits planning. Before joining M3, he spent several years with ADP and a decade with Gallagher helping employers build benefits programs that balance employee needs with business priorities.
P.J.’s specialty is working with mid-to-large-sized privately held organizations, particularly those seeking a strategic approach to employee benefits and healthcare financing. He has significant experience helping employers evaluate self-funded and alternative funding arrangements, improve transparency, manage costs, and make informed, data-driven decisions regarding their benefits programs.
Known for his consultative approach, P.J. believes clients make the best decisions when they understand the information, risks, and tradeoffs behind their options. He focuses on simplifying complexity, translating data into actionable insights, and connecting clients with the resources and expertise needed to address evolving workforce and healthcare challenges.
P.J. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Western Michigan University and is a Wisconsin-licensed life and health insurance agent.
Outside of work, P.J. enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth baseball, and giving back to his community. He serves as a coach and board treasurer for Pewaukee Youth Baseball, where he helps create positive experiences for young athletes while promoting teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.
