Paul Connor is the vice president of property & casualty and partner at M3 Insurance. In this role, he is responsible for direction, performance, and strategies of the property & casualty product line, practice groups, and sales teams.
Connor has a broad base of leadership experience in property and casualty insurance, bringing proprietary products and solutions to clients through strong carrier partnerships. Throughout his career, he has served as an advocate in optimizing insurance structures, risk transfer purchasing, and claims mitigation for clients.
