Ray Koenig is a senior client executive and partner at M3 Insurance. Specializing in property and casualty insurance, his primary role is to place property and casualty insurance products and to counsel existing clients about risk management strategies and insurance planning. He takes a corporate leadership role in structuring complex risk management solutions and program design for both public and private enterprises with national and international scope.
Koenig has specialized expertise in the following products and strategies: directors and officers liability (D&O); professional liability; workers’ compensation contractual risk transfer techniques and cost containment; enterprise risk management (ERM); operational risk analysis; highly protected risk (HPR); and alternative risk financing mechanisms such as captives and self-insurance.
