Ryan Beduhn, Managing Director of Minnesota, brings an entrepreneurial mindset and extensive leadership experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate change, strengthen relationships, and achieve business objectives through strategic collaboration and thoughtful problem-solving.

In his role, Ryan works closely with colleagues, clients, carrier partners, and business partners to ensure M3 delivers innovative, timely, and best-in-class solutions. He is a strong advocate for the independent agency model and the opportunities it creates for clients, colleagues, and the communities they serve.

Ryan’s leadership experience spans consulting, sales, property & casualty operations, and industry development. He previously led a national industry practice strategy during a period of significant organizational growth, helping foster a culture grounded in collaboration, shared expertise, and servant leadership while supporting growth initiatives across a national platform.

Passionate about mentoring and professional development, Ryan finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others grow and succeed. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he can often be found fishing, hunting, playing soccer, golf, or tennis, and making memories with family and friends.
