Sean LaBorde serves as president of M3 Insurance. He is responsible for the operational execution of the strategic plan for the firm, including oversight of division and department planning.  Sean plays a pivotal role on M3’s Executive Leadership Team, a team responsible for defining and executing the firm’s objectives, goals, and strategies in alignment with our mission and vision.

Prior to joining M3 in 1997, Sean built a strong foundation through actuarial, consulting, and management roles with U-CARE Health Maintenance Organization, Meridian Resource Corporation, and The Alliance. Throughout his tenure at M3, he has held several leadership positions, including executive vice president of sales and marketing from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, he was named president, where he continues to guide the firm’s strategic direction and operational excellence.

Education.

Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
