Taylor Goodland is a Client Executive specializing in property and casualty insurance for the senior living and social services industry. In her current role, Taylor partners closely with senior living and social services organizations to identify exposures, anticipate emerging risks, and design insurance and risk management programs that align with both operational realities and long‑term goals. She is especially drawn to work that supports older adults and individuals with disabilities, and she values the opportunity to help leaders focus on care delivery rather than uncertainty. The most meaningful part of her work is providing peace of mind so clients can operate with confidence and clarity.

Taylor brings a rare practitioner’s perspective to her work, having begun her career as an Executive Director in nonprofit senior living. In that role, she experienced firsthand the operational, regulatory, and risk challenges organizations face while delivering care to vulnerable populations. That background, combined with an MBA, shaped her transition into risk management and insurance, where she now helps organizations strengthen enterprise risk strategies, protect critical assets, and support mission‑driven outcomes.

Taylor’s specialty lies in translating complex risk environments into practical strategies. She supports clients through education, collaboration, and proactive planning, helping them navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and insurance landscape.
