Tonya Robinson is a client executive with M3 Elevate. She is exclusively dedicated to serving the employee benefit needs of growing businesses, bringing a practical, people-first approach shaped by more than 15 years in human resources and benefits administration.

She specializes in working with small to mid-sized businesses, often acting as an extension of their internal teams. Tonya helps clients navigate limited resources, evolving compliance requirements, and complex benefit decisions with confidence.

Tonya began her career in HR, where she built a strong foundation in benefit strategy and administration. Today, she partners closely with employers to design and implement benefit programs that support both the organization and its people, with a focus on education and clarity.

Passionate about simplifying benefits, Tonya turns complex topics into easy-to-understand guidance, helping employees make informed decisions and feel supported. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is committed to delivering thoughtful, approachable solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

Outside of Work

Tonya enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, with favorite activities that include weightlifting, hiking, tennis, and pickleball. She’s even competed in three fitness competitions, earning two first-place finishes and a second-place spot. Outside of that, Tonya values time with her family, whether it’s playing card and board games or winding down with a good movie.
