Traci Licari is a Captive Advisor at M3 Insurance, where she leads the strategic and operational direction of M3’s captive insurance business. In this role, she serves as a trusted resource on captive and self-funded health insurance solutions, guiding clients and colleagues through the complexities of alternative funding models. Traci bridges internal teams and external partners, driving success through relationship management, implementation guidance, educational initiatives, collaborative marketing efforts, and performance tracking.
A natural connector and problem solver, Traci delivers exceptional service while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the captive space. Her work is rooted in collaboration and a deep understanding of both the financial and human elements that drive successful benefit programs.
Traci first joined M3 in 2006 as an Account Manager, serving clients in that capacity until 2015. After several years in employee benefits roles with Aon and Willis Towers Watson, she returned to M3 in 2020 as an Account Executive before transitioning to her current position as Captive Advisor in 2025. She earned her associate’s degree from Berkeley College in White Plains, New York.
