Zach Rice

Zach Rice is the director of employee benefits – Rockford at M3 Insurance. He specializes in employee benefits, maintaining strong relationships with clients as well as insurance carrier partners. Rice consults with clients to design and implement successful benefit programs. In doing so, he helps them manage their unique risks and maintain the right levels of coverage to meet their changing needs.

In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Rice serves as the director of employee benefits for Illinois and Southern WI. As such, he works closely with other members of the M3 Rockford team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies and community organizations.

• Held previous roles with a national brokerage consulting firm as well as on the insurance carrier side in the employee benefits space with a focus on medical, life, disability, and absence management
