M3 Insurance unveiled a new data-driven health and well-being program for its clients — one that company officials claim will be a game-changer as more organizations move toward a strategy that seeks to improve the overall health and wellness of their entire employee population.

M3’s approach goes beyond what was previously possible and involves merging clinical data with traditional well-being practices to drive population health and well-being outcomes. Clinical data includes such information as county health rankings regarding health behaviors and quality of life, medical and prescription claims, biometric screening reporting, and workers’ compensation claims. More traditional practices include a worksite wellness scorecard and employee responses to health and well-being surveys.

This as a new opportunity to enhance our clients’ experience by giving them options to move their programming forward based on the data.
