Twietmeyer and Barbieri Promoted to New Executive Leadership Roles in Employee Benefits Division

Employee Benefits

Rich Twietmeyer has been named senior executive vice president and Ryan Barbieri has become executive vice president of the employee benefits division of M3 Insurance. Both promotions are effective immediately and reflect not only the talents and contributions of these two leaders, but also the growth and evolution of M3’s employee benefits division.

Twietmeyer joined M3 in 2010 as executive vice president of employee benefits and has led the employee benefits division through an era of outstanding growth. In his new role, Rich will focus on strategic market initiatives and key industry partner relationships. He also provides strategic oversight of M3 Financial.

Barbieri came to M3 in 2015 as an account executive and quickly established himself as a leader on the employee benefits team. He was named vice president of employee benefits in 2017, and his work leading and mentoring M3’s employee benefits account teams has led to an outstanding track record of success. In his new role, Ryan will focus on strategic direction of the employee benefits division. He leads on employee benefits franchise, risk management, and regional growth strategies for the agency.

M3’s evolving leadership structure represents continued agency growth and commitment to building a strong infrastructure from which to service M3 clients.
