Cathleen Christensen Named Fond du Lac Managing Director

Cathleen Christensen has recently been named the managing director of M3’s Fond du Lac office. In this capacity, she will manage overall office functions, facilitate cross-division growth strategies, and serve as a primary conduit from the Fond du Lac office to senior leadership. Her strong leadership skills and ability to innovate cross-functionally will be an excellent asset to the Fond du Lac office. Christensen will continue to maintain and grow her book of business as a senior account executive.
Prior to M3, she gained over 35 years of experience through different insurance roles. She joined M3 back in 2020 and has since made a huge contribution to M3’s property and casualty area. Christensen attended Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Marian University, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She currently holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.
As an active participant in her local community, she serves on the board of the UWO-Fond du Lac Foundation and Fond du Lac Festivals. In addition, she holds the membership committee chair for Rotary District 6270 and was the past president of the Fond du Lac Morning Rotary.
