The 2022 Human Resource Conference, hosted by the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management (CVSHRM), will feature three M3 speakers. The conference will include a variety of topics for business owners and human resource professionals to learn about key issues affecting the workforce.
M3’s Jason Nordby and Kristin Schmidt will run a session discussing employee benefits captive solutions. Learn about what is happening in the market and why captives are emerging as potential solutions.
Alicia Kiser and Kristin Schmidt will host an additional session later in the afternoon on steps to take when creating a strategic plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Assess how far along your organization is in the DE&I journey, learn about key components of an effective strategy, and walk away with the ability to tie action items to a strategic plan in order to measure results.
